Wonder Products was founded with a simple but firm belief: quality and trust are non-negotiable. My advice is to focus on substance rather than speed. A strong product foundation, supported by reliable manufacturing and regulatory preparedness, creates enduring value. While short-term wins can be tempting, sustainable growth comes from thoughtful early decisions—especially around formulation quality, supply chain integrity, and partnerships. Businesses that last are built patiently, not hurriedly.

There are three essentials to consider:

Transparency: Open communication about timelines, challenges, and expectations is critical.

How do you see the manufacturing landscape in India evolving over the next decade?
India is emerging as a hub for innovation-driven manufacturing. We are seeing strong shifts toward clean formulations, sensorial experiences, customization, and sustainability. Startups are pushing boundaries in areas such as adaptive skincare and specialized categories. However, innovation must be supported by strong production systems, regulatory foresight, and quality infrastructure. The future will belong to those who innovate not just products, but processes as well.
What has remained constant in your leadership philosophy since 1994?
Quality and trust remain the most valuable currencies in business. Trends may change, but partners and consumers remember consistency and reliability.
